Winter Conference 2025

Join Us for the Veterans IN Farming Winter Conference!

We’re excited to announce that registration is open for our Winter Conference, held at the Monroe Conference Center this January! Here’s what you need to know:

• Friday Evening Social: Join us for hors d'oeuvres and networking at the adjacent Convention Center.
• Saturday Workshops: Full-day of workshops specifically targeted for the farmer veteran community, delicious meals, and intentional networking sessions to connect with other Hoosiers. 

Registration Details:

• AgVet Scholarships: Through the generous support from Hoosier Uplands and USDA funding, scholarships are available qualifying attendees, reducing Conference registration to $20. (This includes meals and workshops) For more info and availability contact: Maurissa@ateaseorchard.com
• Standard Registration: $120 per attendee, covering all meals and event access. Veteran spouses welcome!

Accommodations:

• Special Rate at the Courtyard Marriott for $149/night. Call the hotel directly and request the "Veterans IN Farming Conference" discount. This rate is available until January 2nd.
• We also have a Special Rate at the Hyatt Place Bloomington located on West Kirkwood Ave.
• Complimentary parking is available at the adjacent Convention Center.

Sponsorship and Exhibits:

• We’re actively seeking business sponsors and exhibitors! If your farm or business would like an exhibit table, sponsorship, or to donate a door prize, please reach out. This is a great opportunity to showcase and support Indiana businesses.

Special Business Development Class Session:

• During the conference, Abron Andrews will lead an all-day Boots to Business class in one of our breakout rooms.
