Are you afraid to prune a tree or lost on how to start? Tree pruning can be very stressful but remember it will grow back.
Joe has pruned his trees over the 7 years and is a Purdue Master Gardner and a 2023 State Fair Featured Farmer. He has had many experiences with Bugs, Disease, Cultivar and Rootstock. Come visit his farm on March 9th to learn all about apple tree pruning, pest management, and as a beekeeper I am sure he will throw in pollinators and bees as well! You can bring your pruning shears, or some will be provided (including accessible shears as well).
You will not only get a class but an opportunity to practice on Joe's 200 plus tree orchard, don't just learn it but do it!
This is an all-day event, we expect about 2hrs of class and remaining day will be doing it, food and answering questions!
