Locust Farm (Patrick McCartney) has graciously offered to show Veterans how to tap and produce maple syrup. Patrick has done it for many years and well experienced in the process. He is going to do it in real-time in his already established harvesting process. Veterans can observe the process but more likely will get their hands dirty by helping. As many may know, maple syrup production is very weather dependent, so Patrick is going to directly coordinate with those interested.
