    This also covers a caregiver and children 16&under.
  • This is for military veterans and their caregiver. Thanks to a generous donation through Hoosier Uplands and Indiana AgVets* this discount is available.

    The USDA's AgVets program aims to enhance agricultural opportunities for military veterans by providing grants to non-profits. These grants support comprehensive, hands-on, and immersive model farm and ranch programs that lead to successful careers in the food and agricultural sector. The program encourages the development of training opportunities specifically designed for military veterans, offering onsite, hands-on training and classroom education. It also aims to strengthen agricultural production and rural economies across the United States by creating pathways for veterans in agriculture. The program is designed to help veterans gain the knowledge and skills necessary to secure meaningful job and career opportunities that increase individual, family, and community vitality.

Join Us for the Veterans In Farming State Meeting 2026


We’re excited to announce that registration is open for our 3rd Annual Veterans In Farming State Meeting 2026, held at the Sheraton Indianapolis City Centre Hotel on March 28, 2026.

  • Saturday Classes March 28: Morning classes will be under an hour presentations with a large selection to choose from.
  • Saturday Afternoon Workshops: Longer session hands on workshops in the afternoon will allow time for an in depth exploration into our most requested topics.

Registration Details:

  • Scholarships Available: Veterans and their caregiver only $20 for both to attend (this includes meals, classes/workshops, and expo) 
  • Standard Non-Veteran Registration: $120 per non-Veteran attendee, covering all meals and event access. 
  • Speaker Registration: Please choose the Speaker Option when registering for your ticket. 
  • Under 16 are free, but please let us know so we have a headcount for meals.

Accommodation:

  • Please book your stay at our onsite hotel using our event discount by clicking here.
  • Room discount code ends on March 6, 2025

  • Accommodation costs are the responsibility of the attendee.
